Refund policy
NaturalliFresh doesn't accept returns. All sales are final. Once you make a purchase, you can't return your order for a refund. However, there are some cases where we can help. If you reach out to us within 15 days of receiving your order, we might be able to offer a replacement or credit for future purchases. Keep in mind that any items you purchased on sale or received for free aren't eligible for replacement. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us or send an email to contact@naturallifresh.com. We're here to help and find a solution. Our goal is to make your shopping experience awesome, from the moment you start browsing our site to when your order arrives.
Note: NaturalliFresh issues credit in the form of a code applicable to the order total, including shipping and taxes. Replacements are identical to the original order. Customers are eligible to receive only one replacement.
