What payment methods can I use?
We accept most major debit and credit cards. We don’t accept PayPal or offer buy-now-pay-later services currently.
When will my order ship?
We do our best to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days of placement. You will receive an email notification once your order ships.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a USPS tracking number. Click the number. You will be directed to USPS’s website. Enter your tracking number to track your order and review tracking history.
Can I receive a refund?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final. In some cases, we might be able to offer a replacement or credit for future purchases if you reach out to us within 15 days of receiving your order.
